About A Song About You
A Song About You is about learning to love yourself.
A Song About You” is a joyful anthem about the coexistence of sadness and happiness. Rooted in a melody that wouldn’t let go, it’s an honest reflection on balancing the highs and low in life, self-acceptance, and finding beauty in the full range of emotion. With echoes of Florence + The Machine, Taylor Swift, and classic sing-along theater, this track is for anyone who’s ever felt everything all at once—and sang through it anyway.
“Every song that I sing is about you” – Because every single song that I wrote has pieces of me but it also carries pieces of the world around me in it too. I’m singing about everyone, especially in this song.
